PinoyCalls is about
making long distance calls to the Philippines with no time limit and only paying a monthly
flat rate. This is not a phone card and you don't pay per minute.
You pay monthly for unlimited use of Aspen's calling system. If you call your loved ones or someone
in the Philippines a lot, then PinoyCalls is your answer. |

| Does it work like a
phone card? |
| No. PinoyCalls does not
charge you per minute for your calls. We do not sell phone cards
with different denominations unless it is our Limited Plan. There is
no connection charge for your calls. |

| How much is it per
minute? |
|
PinoyCalls does not charge you a per minute rate. You pay the
monthly rate. You call any time you want and talk for as long as
you want. We have customers who talk 2, 3, 4 hours each day to their
families. It only cost them the monthly rate for unlimited
minutes. You don't talk to them that much, well, now you can. If you
really want to calculate it, it's $0.001 per minute. No phone card
can beat that. |

| How does it work? |

1) Aspen will issue a
cellphone or bagphone to your designated recipient or family in the
Philippines.
2) Once the phone is issued, Aspen will give you various methods to
call the phone in the Philippines. You can call by phone, web, or
your own device. |

You will have to select
one of the many services Aspen offers. Plans start at $40 per month. Please choose the
